Located
on the first floor is the Drawing Room, a light and bright space comfortably seating
eight with two feather-filled sofas and two leather armchairs. Features include stripped floorboards, high ceiling with beautiful
coving, sash windows and a small balcony with sea views. The room facilities include WiFi, flat-screen TV, Sky+, CD/DVD player,
a selection of DVDs and a games chest.
Dining Space
The gorgeous dining kitchen is also located on the first floor. Seating eight around a large dining table, it’s
a brilliantly sociable space to prepare food, chat and share a drink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with touch-control ceramic hob, electric oven and hood, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave,
kettle and toaster. It has a feature double-Belfast sink and solid hardwood work surfaces. The guest facilities have been fully tested and are certified safe for gas and electricity.

season
An extra ground floor room will be added to provide
an additional guest bedroom (double bed), or it could be used as a childrens' day-room. The room has access to the
courtyard garden which has outside seating and space for family BBQs!
