2 very comfortably and 4 in a cosy way with a downstairs sofa bed.

Living Space
Open plan living, dining and kitchen
area with TV and access to WiFi. The living area has seating for four including a large sofa bed.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen features an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher, together with dining for four. Full range
of utensils and accessories.
Sleeping
Located on the first floor and furnished
with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe.
A pull-out king-sized sofa bed provides additional sleeping for two guests in the living area downstairs.
Bathroom
The luxurious bathroom features a large
walk in shower. This room has underfloor heating.
Outside
There is a small courtyard garden with space to sit. If Hobart House is booked the courtyards
will be linked.
Parking
There is no parking for Hobart Mews, but if booking Hobart House as well
there is parking for 2 cars. Otherwise there is street parking in the area and cark parks within walking distance
