Limitations
Hobart House may be suitable for people with limited mobility as two of the ensuite bedrooms
are on the ground floor. However it is unlikely to be suitable for people requiring wheelchair access. Please call to
discuss any special requirements.
We do not accept bookings from groups under 25 years of age, but mature groups are very welcome. We will require detailed
information about the party at the time of booking. Our Terms and Conditions allow us to terminate any booking if the party
details are demonstrably false.
We cannot accept pets as there
is no suitable outside space. Well-behaved goldfish will be fine.
Hobart House is strictly No Smoking throughout.Payment Terms
A 33% deposit is required to confirm
any booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday. Bookings made within 6 weeks will require the full amount
paid at the time of booking.
We also require a damage deposit of between £200
and £500, payable in advance for all bookings. We only need this for any significant damage - nearly everyone breaks
a glass or plate!
