stripped floorboards, period features, light, space and crisp white bed linen. Hobart House is rumoured to have originally
been a Sea Captains’ house. It has also been a Vicarage, a Doctors Surgery and a photographer’s studio. Now refurbished
to a high standard for holiday letting it is ideal for
one large family, two families sharing, couples, mature groups and surfing groups.

located, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and three surfing and family beaches (Towan, Great Western, Tolcarne),
Hobart House is the perfect holiday base.
Hobart House guest accommodation covers the top two floors of this three-storey property. It comprises a
bright spacious drawing room, a dining kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Parking
for two cars is provided free of charge.
NEW for 2010 season
An extra ground floor room will be added to provide an additional guest bedroom (double bed), or it could
be used as a childrens' day-room. The room has access to the courtyard garden which has outside seating and space
for family BBQs!
